Legacy
Granny Griffin
My inspiration of making jams and pickles came from my Granny Griffin. I would go to her house and ask her “what are you going to teach me today?” We made Guava jam and Orange Marmalade together in one day with these 100 year old recipes. The next day she taught me how to make Bread & Butter Pickles, Garlic Pickles, and Hot Garlic Pickles as she said be creative when you make things to eat because we eat with our eyes first.
My unique flavors of sweet and spicy homemade jam’s assists my customers with creative abilities while using each jam for different recipes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Local Standard
Fresh Market
Local raw honey is the best you can buy to use in daily use so I offer Webb’s Honey at my produce stand in Mims, Melbourne Beach, and Grant.
The produce I purchase to sale at my stand Fill The Jars in Mims, Florida is always Number 1 because it is the best available produce all year around. I want my customers to purchase the best of the best available to them as they consume it and it lasts longer. Fresh fruits and vegetables are always the best from Farmers Markets in Brevard County also known as the Space Coast.
Produce is sold by numbers like 1, which is the best available. Produce number 2 is ok. Produce number 3 is just before rotting. Culls are not even edible.
